This data was just released, and as such, has very few articles relating to it yet, but from what I have read, people so far seem to think that the one on the left is grass, the top one is fire, and the right one is water; I have to disagree, i think the top one is grass, and the left one is fire, but I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the three starters aren't fire/water/grass this time around.
I guess we will have to wait to find out.

But here is some other interesting information I just located, and would like to draw everyone's attention to, even if it isn't true, as it just seams like a fascinating, potential bit of knowledge pertaining to Black and White.

You might also notice that the buildings in the middle are black and white.....who know's if this is foreshadowing, or hinting at gen 5? It wouldn't be the first time Nintendo has made references to pokemon games that weren't out yet.

Jerry:
At first sight, I thought that the left one was grass because of the tail... but no, I came to the conclusion that it must be the fire type (at least, if Nintendo keeps the Fire/Grass/Water type starters)

The round one is sure to be water, and the top one seems to have leaves on its head, hence grass type.

So, I agree with what you think spirit.

Declan_23:
Personally I think the left one is water (kinda looks like a duck), the top one is grass  (looks like a bunny or something) and therefore the right one has to be fire (doesn't really look like anything)

Fortunately, this "leaked" picture is believed to be fake, but I will post it here anyway.

May Arceus have mercy on us all, if it is real!
