Mkay need to set some guidelines for those future ghosties out there
One: Your dead, meaning your are half the time reliving your death, or the other half reacting to your environment
Good ghosts: Good ghosts want to be free, they want Lucy to be taken down, so they try to help people where they can...however since they are ghosts they are not as coherent as an actual person, and they still scare the bejeebes out of them....so players who want to play a Casper character have to still be disturbing and creepy, like saying the words they said before they died. Good Ghosts are hiding from lucy, so you don't want to be in the same area as that girl
Bad ghosts: these guys are pissed off tormented souls that lash out at the living, they are the agents of Lucy and follow her commands...or they do their own thing just as long as it doesnt go against Lucy
