Before the Crystals became known to the public, a traveling trainer who went by the name slade was searching for the illusive Darkrai. He had been looking for this pokemon for years, training dark and ghost and psychic types to learn their ways for the day he actually came upon the Legendary pokemon

 

In his youth Slade was a gifted trainer and could of gone to pokemon leagues, but his search for this Dark and mysterious pokemon was all he could think about. No one knew who his family was and he was about as elusive as the pokemon he was obsessed with



He dissapeared off the face of the earth for a while though there were a few sightings of him here and there. Since he had kept to himself not many people were looking for him either.
It turns out he found the Pokemon and battled it, he did really well, since he had trained himself as well as his pokemon. However they happened to come across those crystals during their match, and through an accident they ended up getting fused together

Character Name: Shroud

Starting Pokemon: Houndoomm (Stuck with him, like rob, but for a different reason)
Backstory: Shroud is from a long line of Trainers known as the Tarok. They had the ability to fuse with a pokemon once they and the pokemon became perfectly in synch. Shroud and his Houndoom trained for years, never bothering to fuse until Houndoom was at his strongest. Once that happened, Shroud and Houndoom fused together, but they lost their bodies in the process because they weren't in harmony with each other. They are now in a permanent fusion. Shroud is pure evil, but can act like a sweet and innocent guy when he wants to. It's mostly because he is a psychopath.
Apearence:Shroud has two forms. The first form is casual form, he can't hide the horns and tail, so he uses it in X-fusion.


Casual Form ( Ignore the cigarette, it won't be present in the RP)

The second is his max power form. He only uses this when he needs to, but it is a rarity.

Preferred type of pokemon: Can only fuse with one pokemon.

Bio: Rex is a great Fusion battler despite the fact that he can only fuse with his Luxray. When he turned 8 his father gave him a Shinx for a birthday present. They spent all their waking time together. One day while watching T.V with Shinx he saw a show on X-Fusion, and wanted nothing more then to be a Fusion battler. When he told his parents they went ballistic, claiming that it invaded the lives of the Pokemon, was Pokemon Cruelty, and was a direct violation of the laws of nature. When Rex turned eighteen he had stretched his father's patience to far and was kicked out. Determined to show his dad that his choice was right he started collecting pokemon to fuse with. When he was satisfied that the had the strongest pokemon around he signed up. To his horror he couldn't fuse with five of his pokemon. He would have given up if Luxray hadn't proved how strong he was in defeating a Hippowdon with little trouble.Rex donned a set of cloths to reflect his Luxray and is now number 24 in Fusion battling.

Bio:He heard about the famous Fusion Battles from his friends, and decided he needed to try them out. He flew out from Unova just for these battles, not even knowing much about how they even work. Side note, he loves music.
