Masquerain report mentions it can use Surf.
But on PO server.Surf is unusable.

Shadowfred:
Oh yeah, that's Pidgey mixing things up again. It should read Scald.

EDIT: And now it does.

Um... the confusion status is not healed when rest is used?

Very true.

Shadowfred:
Rest only gets rid of major status ailments, burn, poison, para.
