They are all at least in the testing stage. If one turns outto be OP/UP, we'll edit them. If not, they'll stay like that. There is a chance we will balance some extra pokémon, but that isn't certain yet.

Roloc:
Fixed a little mishap. Tropius and Swalot can now be used on the balance server.
