[PU|Suggestion] Newspaper

Just a thought... I don't see why there is so much pressure on a good design. You can also just make a topic for each newspaper issue. In a topic you can easily make different text sizes, add links, images, tables, colours, etc.
If this is about showing it in-game, that's not going to happen anytime soon, since we have a lot of more important stuff to finish first.

Note: I'm not quitting because it's to hard, or because I suck, I'm quoting because you guys made me mad, you don't like my first one, understandable, but then I put a lot of work into one, USING MY PWN WORK, and Mr_Dark makes some stupid design where all he did was use a bit of stolen art and color the newspaper blue...AND YOU LOVE THAT ONE?! What the hell?

Well, what it needs is some serious organization. Laughing at someone's attempt to help is well, not helping.
What we need is someone to take the time and create a nice template for the paper.
I still like the idea of a monthly paper, with upcoming events, interviews, trainer help columns and so on. Well what it needs is an official staff. (Not PU team official) But, some decided people to work on a prototype. One person do design that template, a few people to write a few mock articles, and maybe an editor.
