If you read the RP forum rules, you would know.

OOC is Out Of Character, when you're not writing/playing anything that has to do with Roleplay. Well... In this case it has to do with RP, but it's Out of character.

OOOC doesn't have anything to do with RP. It's sports.
OOCC is something in Italian....

Actually, OOCC is Out Of Character Chat, which is the phrase I usually use since it was on the rules page, but OOC is just as good.
