About that letter Cortex... Uallgarg is in big trouble. and he doesn't have an address for the letter to come to.

Tickles:
It's quite simple fox. Wrench has access to a network of spies, warriors, and self made robots. He also has these tiny bots called spy flies, which look like flies. He can see and hear all, and he can send out people accordingly through their communicator. So a rebel fighter can find you easily, and be able to hand you the letter, as well as protection. This allows people to think of many different ways to receive the letter, and get out of a jam if they need to. Oh, and not everyone in the underlands are friendly towards the rebels, and the rebels refrain from killing people.

Mr. Fox:
So I can mod this foot to be a rebel then? I want to know so I don't get a strike, if I can what does the letter say?
