Uallgarg is/was having a panic attack, and I believe that the base would be shielded against sounds and the sort...

I'd think GW would keep it quiet. I mean why cause a panic when the threat is unknown. Cyrus seemingly came alone. I'd interrogate him first, then if there is an immediate danger I'd let people know.
