Seems like a hack too, the trainer has a red hat, and there are many programs to hack a game like fire red.

And in my opinion it should be strange for gamefreak to add an sprite they denied in pokemon Green, Red and Blue.

Just trust Yuki on this one. That one sprite looks too eleborate, and there are a lot of game hacks, like ruby desiny, and chaos black. Do your research, and you can usually find fakes.

Yeah, I don't believe many of the Pokemon-related videos I see on YouTube, just because it's waaay too easy to edit stuff like that (not saying that I can, cuz I'm computer-illiterate lol)
