And to everyone else, well, fair enough. Pokemon is probably the only anime I intentionally would watch in English, simply because it was what I watched as a child, so it seemed only natural to watch it in English when checking out the latest season. All other animes I just watched subbed.

yup im refering to english dub, and im the same as you, the only anime dubed that i watch is Pokemon because i allways did, everything else its in japanese with eng subs.

Tristan:
Err well in that case, let me get something for you.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RBSaPM-gt5o - Ash and Oak, season 1, episode 1. They maintained the same voices until at least the Battle Frontier.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mPX-MfD9o2Y - Ash catching Tepig in B&W.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BNh_a3Br2n4 A clip of Oak in either DP or BW, it doesn't matter, its his new voice.

Not sure if this is accurate info but check it out

Tristan:
You know whats sad? I was watching an interview with the original voice actor of Ash, Veronica Taylor, and she said that she didn't leave on her own, they let her go. She said she misses playing Ash very much, and she cries a little whenever her daughter watches Pokemon. That like...broke my heart lol ;D ... but still sad :(

Darkstar64:
They change the voice actor every time they switch regions. It supposed to show the effect of him growing and becoming a better trainer and person. But every time they do it, I rip more of my hair out.

...But I digress. To tell you the truth, Veronica Taylor made Ash sound a little...over-dramatic durring the earlier parts of the series.

I know he's exited, but really?
