Hmm think I'll do it in fire red, so are we allowed to evolve till level 45, or not till after level 45?

Edit:I think I'll do it saphire instead...Maybe I can catch a ralts for my one guy for that area...

Funny, I just started a Nuzlocke challenge a few days ago. I guess since I didn't get all that far yet I could restart with these rules. I'm in!

@Meowth, you are not allowed to evolve until lv 45. I'll fix the rule to make it more clear.
