Who is the cloaked man?
Well, I can't tell you, yet. He will appear quite a few more times, sometimes in a time of need, other times it's for business, and the rest is to move a story along.

Because he is important for a later event. Remember my guide? Have events planned, but only run 1 or 2 at a time.

Haha you gotta remember if i'm not mistaken that is the guy that is carrying the super sledge so umm yea I wouldn't mess with the hooded guy too much :P
