lucky! Jolteons are awesome they're like one of the speediest pokemon! Plus it's an all around pokemon so you can train it in defense, special defense etc. etc. You can make it a bulky speedster! A bulky attacker, or a speedy attacker and more, and it'll fit right in with all the other pokemon instead of some odd matches (like a speedy attacker for a shuckle lol)!
