Make that 2, except Genbor told me it was pretty good and I should finish the rest of the poses.

Darkstar, you should kind of make the hood wider and make it join the shirt by making the separation lines much lighter, or just delete them altogether. Look at genbor's sprite, for example, the hood blends in perfectly.( If that even is a hood :P )
