Warren smiled and released Seel.
Seel start this with a headbutt!
Seel used his fins as a spring and launched himself at Dratini horn first.

Dratini was surprised by how fast seel was
"Go dratini try to dodge!"
Dratini swerved to the side in an attempt to dodge but the seel was too fast and dratini caught his horn on his left side
"Hang in there dratini, use thunder wave!"

Seel sailed by, just barely scraping the Dratini. It used it flipper to stop it self and then clumsily flopped around around.
Seel no!
Seel let out a high pitched growl as it was paralyzed.
Seel use Headbutt!
But Seel couldn't move, it was paralyzed in place! Seel could feel his masters drive to win and really and sincerely wished to help him. Trying to muster up an attack with all his might a icy wind filled the area and began to form around Seel. The wind was tinged a light blue and filled with shards of ice and looked dangerous as Seel let out a cry as it launched the wind directly at Dratini.

"Well this was unexpected, dratini try to dodge!"
Dratini began to move again but realized it couldn't hope to dodge and so decided it would meet the attack head on and as soon as it thought of that and Karricks concern for it getting hit a small twister began forming in front of it
"What th-...Ok dratini use twister launch it at seel!"

Warren was shocked as the attacks met and an explosion was heard followed by a veil of smoke. He could make out Seels figure on the ground and watched him struggled to a standing point, clearly almost out of energy. Then he looked at Dratini to see what happened to him.
