I was being thrashed around in the brawl, and was launched twards the new guy and landed in front of him.

I looked at the small group at the entrance. One was a fire wizard, 'Pyro' as she refers to herself. Artemis and Ayara, I hardly know them or their powers. The new guy is an option, but he's probably very inexperienced. Then ther- Suddenly a random guy got launched out of the crowd and in front of the new guy...
He's out of the question...
What I didnt realise was that I was staring.

Milo was still waiting for the other boy to answer when Pyro asked what kind of magic he used said the other boy's name for him....
Milo: I'm an Air Caster Wizard, and I'm guessing you're a fire caster?
Suddenly a guy comes flying out of the crowd of fighting wizards, looking a bit roughed up....
Milo: You okay?

Warren walked up to the new kid as Siren called him and said
Name is Warren, I guess you could call me the most depressed man in the guild. Never ask why I am depressed or I'll paint you a picture and ask anyone the picture will give you nightmares.
Then he turned to Siren
Wouldn't the image give him nightmares?

Returning back to normal...
"Oh and this other guy is Xander hehe"
"Well welcome to the guild I guess the first thing is first... this is the meeting area I guess....This is where you can interact with everyone or just relax or go to the job request board and take job from it..."
Looking at the large group of people fighting...
"Also don't worry about that over there....That always happens when Natsu is here.."
