Okay, so Erza uses Requip magic. Basically, what she does it she switches between all these swords and armor that she has. The swords and armor are magically stored just sorta, in some dimension thingie. When she's fighting, she can use her magic to put one sword away and summon a different weapon, like a spear. She can also do so with her armor. She has HUNDREDS of weapons and suits of armor. Many of the suits have special affects, like the fire empress armor. It reduces the damage done by fire.
Oh, another thing-she can use multiple weapons at once. There's one requip where she puts on a set of armor (i don't remember if it has a name) and surrounds herself with like, a dozen swords in the air around her. It's pretty cool.
Did that make any sense? Or should I try again?
BTW, said set of armor has wings. And this is Erza:

Edit: If you didn't quite get my explanation, go watch episode 6 of Fairy Tail, around the middle section. You see Erza in action, and Happy explains. It might help.

Yeah, and she's not the only one who can use requip, like those two wizards that use an arsinal of guns. (The green hair one and the one who looks like an indian with hair)
So requip is it's own kind of magic right?

Yeah. Plus, "Caster" and "Holder" are pretty general. THere are sub groups and such. It's pretty complicated.

Yea she isnt caster or holder wizard....Requip is completely different...
What it is I learned in one of the episodes she has 100 sets of armor and over 200 weapons to choose from....
Like Ayara said each armor has its own traits But also they could just be something regular also like pajamas or a costume...It doesnt HAVE to be armor but clothing...
She has a set of empress armor for I think almost all the elements...
Fire, water, lightning, earth etc etc
She has a defender armor that is a heavy duty armor called adamantine armor with an enormous shield that could block an enormous cannon blast see phantom series of the anime to know what I am talking about...
The armor that she controls a bunch of swords is called...Heaven's Wheel Armor is what it is called Ayara :)
She also has an armor that is called flight armor that makes her extremely fast....it looks like a cheetah type thing lol with ears and all....

Erza specializes in Requip Magic, and uses it to requip not only armor, but different outfits as well, allowing her to change her attire at any given time.
