Jack cursed. Shinx didn't know any electric type moves other than Charge, which seemed pretty useless right about now.

Shinx couldn't get out of the way fast enough and was going to be hit by Starly's attack.
The-Blades-slave:

Starly slammed hard into the back of Shinx, smasing him into the ground! Dust flew up in all directions and Starly shot out the top of the dust cloud, then looked back down to see if his opponent was down.
Good job Starly!
Tylan looked anxiously, awaiting to see if he won!
Aquashin:
Lyn reaches the boys that were just battling and smiles
"Ah... youth.. i wish i was that young like you all are"
she smiles as she goes to their pokemon
"Do you two have healing potions? its still ways until the next city"

Tylan sighed irritably.
Of course I have a few potions on me, but why are you butting n? We might still be battling...
He glanced over at the cloud of dust.
Depends on if that Shinx is still standing.
Tylan crossed his arms and tapped his fingers against his pale flesh irritably.
GrizzlyEatsKids:
"Do you two have healing potions? its still ways until the next city"
Jack, without taking his eyes off the battle, responded, "Yes, I have some."
The smoke cleared from Starly's attack. Shinx was still standing, but Jack knew it just wasn't strong enough yet to win this battle.
I can't put Shinx through this, he just isn't strong enough, so, I guess you win.
He returned Shinx to its pokeball, and walked over to the boy who had challenged him. He extended his arm for a hand shake.
Maybe we can battle again one day, when we're stronger. After all, if I'm going to be the best pokemon trainer in the world, I'm going to have to beat you. Oh, and by the way, my name's Jack.
