[OOCC] "End of the World" Pokemon RP

As with me, it'll be my first RP, so I've yet to decide. I want too get it just right, but I have a quick question, if I'm a trainer, do I have to pick a starter from Sinnoh? I just want to make sure.

Read the rules on the profile page... It states it can be any Pokemon that has an evolution and is not a legendary... And as long as it is not too OP of a Pokemon it will be accepted :)

except generation 5 pokemon sorry!!! Gen 4 and below only!!!! same with Movesets I have a link to Generation 4 moves in the rules on the RP if you want to look it over!
