Time change happening now. Just a note, there will be another TV announcement advertising the new disks, so anyone in the middle of a battle has to figure out a way to hear it.
Side note: No one should see the hooded figure since 1. they left, and 2. I will have the first evil deed for the upcoming badguy happen. All the information your characters will hear are through tv ads and the news, plus rumors from people in the city.
Second note: You guys can guess who the bad guy will be. Here is a hint, I used him as a character in a past RP, and he will remain as terrifying as he was in that RP, if not more. I will neither confirm nor deny your guesses.
