I added Port Royal, which was mentioned a while ago in the RP, along with a new spell, water, to the first post. Water is a more complex spell than the others, and will, like all other spells, be available for purchase at the shop at some point.
EDIT: Moogle shop has been updated. Cavalry in the city, take advantage of it now, because it won't be here too long. Everyone else will get a chance at the shop later.

Two questions. How does buying spells work, (as in do I just mention the shop was browsed or does the character have to actually visit it,) and the same for block, (do I have to be level two or what)

The block upgrade is just automatically obtained at level 2. To buy something from the shop, you muct have the required money and must visit the shop. Look at the front page of the RP for shop locations and items. At level 2 you have 200 munny. Soul started off at level 2 by the way, so his EXP is actually
