Hidden Power now has set damage of 60, rather than fluctuating based on IVs
High Jump Kick: Name was changed from "Hi Jump Kick".
Low Sweep: Increased to 65 base power.
Rock Tomb: Increased to 60 base power & 95 accuracy.
Thunder: Reduced to 110 base power.
Vine Whip: Increased to 45 base power & 25 PP.
Thunderbolt is now 90 Power, not 95. As is Flamethrower, Surf & Ice Beam
Will-O-Wisp's accuracy has been increased to 85%
