Vulpix, something Blades is trying to point out here is the range of certain weapons. A staff has a long reach, yes, but that brings it's own disadvantage. Imagine, simply, if you're holding a long staff. You have on hand near one end, and the other hand a good distance away. You can attack someone further away pretty easily, yes? But if someone gets real close to you, how do you hit them? You'd have to move back, so that you could swing properly. That's what Warren was referring to your opponent "getting in". He meant inside of your range. Every weapon has a range. They vary depending on the length and type of weapon.

Don't worry about it. I'll let them know. BTW, those is maintenance, do not go to the bulletin board. You may post interactions with other players though, or do a monologue.
