I would use the move transform. That has many applications right there. To name a few off the top of my head: Getting into restricted areas, pulling pranks on friends/enemies/frienemies, able to hide in plain sight, throw an awesome party where a famous person just shows up. Yeah, that would be awesome.

Desbear:

Agility for amazing bounds of speed, or Swords dance for strength. Would be useful, you know?
