Magic: Adam uses sword crafting magic to fight. By placing a material in his hand or capturing it in his palms he can morph it into a sword. Whether it is metal, rock, water, or smoke. When using swords like water or smoke  can return them back into their original forms as liquids or gases then reform them back into swords. The amount of mana Adam uses varies from what material he used. If Adam were to use a rock sword scrap metal it will take less mana to form it to a sword but if he were to use water it will drain his mana to keep it in a stable form. The swords Adam uses tend to have a common shape as arming swords like this one
Mana Surge:  Adam mana surge is called Crimson Claymore. He will take an open wound or use his sword to cut his palm. Then he will use his own blood to make a unique claymore larger than his usual sword. The sword can constantly be remade or resized by using more of his blood. The downside to the sword is if Adam keeps changing the sword he can use up a large amount of blood putting him in to an anemic state. Once Adam has run out of all his mana or stop using the sword he will be unable to use the hand he casted the sword with until the blood has been effectively replaced.
Weapon: Adam carries a sword crafted by his grandfather. It’s a slim double edged straight sword he has carried with him since he was a child. He keeps it in good shape always sharpening and tempering it. He keeps it by his side at all times regard-less of where he is.
Renegade Experience: 7 years
Renegade Standing: Adam is well known for his skill with a sword. He was stationed as a soldier to fight on the front lines.
Backstory:  Adam grew up in one of the rural parts of the UCE. Adam's father worked as a farmer and along with the other farmers supplied Sanctum troops with food. When Adam was 14 Sanctum began to take more food from the farmers it had gotten so bad that there was barely any food for the farmers to feed themselves. One day the farmers got tired of handing over there food and when Sanctum troops arrived to collect they refused them and forced them to leave.  For a while it seemed like they had gotten rid of Sanctum but they were wrong. Sanctum returned demanding that the town stop there protest and begin sending crops to sanctum again. But the town stood firm with their decision and forced Sanctum to leave once more. When Sanctum returned they came in force and threatened the town to surrender. Sanctum refused to negotiate with the town anymore and if anyone tried to resist they would be eliminated. Some people did surrender as to protect their own lives. But the others stood their ground and refused to give in to Sanctum. A battle ensued and the farmers were quickly over powered. Most of the farmers who fought didn't make it, those that did were arrested for treason and were planning to be executed. Adam's family weren't as lucky to be arrested and had met the as fate as the others. Adam had been hiding during the battle as his father told him so he could stay safe. When he came back outside he saw something right out of a nightmare. There were bodies everywhere covered in blood, some had nothing but holes others been beaten so badly that they were unrecognizable. As Adam saw the horrible sight he found his father leaning on a wall already dead. Adam Adams blood began to boil at the site of his father like this and in a fit of rage grabbed a hunting knife that had been shoved into the chest of a man and chased after Sanctum troops into the wasteland. But they had already left to execute the captured prisoners. When had Adam calmed down he had found himself lost in the vast wasteland with nothing but a knife and the clothes he had on. Adam would be lost in there for three months wandering around till he found a town. The knife came in handy for protecting himself and skinning animals to eat. When Adam reached the town he still held grudge towards sanctum as his anger had festered out in the wasteland and when he heard about a group that was planning to over throw them Adam jumped at the chance to join. There Adam decided that he would avenge his town and father and signed up for a Renegade training program. At the age of 16 he enlisted and decided to work as a soldier on the front lines.
Important Material Possessions: Adam carries a somewhat dull hunting knife he tries his best to keep it in good condition. He keeps it on him at all times as it makes him feel safe after being lost in the wasteland so long.
Family's Characteristics: Adam's father was a stubborn man with a strong hold on his beliefs. He was as much against Sanctum as most everyone else but when he heard that they were planning to kill people he hid his son away as to keep him safe.
Love Interest: When Adam was younger he had a childhood friend he loved deeply. She was kind and generous but unfortunately John hasn't seen her since he got lost.
Life Changing Event: during the attack on his town Adam had lost all he cared for. He was ready to kill all of them but got lost. He learned to fend for himself, while his feelings toward Sanctum only festered
Physical Traits: Adam is fairly strong receiving from being out in the wilderness. He has a high endurance and stamina from his training with Renegade. In his sword training he learned to wield two swords at once increasing his effectiveness.
Mental Traits: Adam received an average education with Renegade. He was taught to use a variety of weapon but prefers to use his knife as he has full faith that it can kill all his enemies.
Strengths: Adam is strong and durable and can last a fair amount of time in a fight. His skills in melee combat and survival prove him to be an asset to Renegade.
Weaknesses: Adam is traumatized by what happened at his town and his hatred for renegade seems to take a main point in his life. With the isolation he had experienced as a kid he has become somewhat distant and cold to others making him less cooperative
Personality: Adam is cold and distant, this tend to get in the way of him getting along with others. He has resisted getting to attached to others as he would be fears he would be unable to take the pain of losing another person he cares for.
Miscellaneous: N/A
Appearance: Adam has blonde hair and brown eyes. He stands at 6'1" and wears a white collared button downed shirt and blue jeans. He wears leather braces and a copper bandana with a skull on it. The bandana has a pocket in it were Adam keeps his knife.

The High Overruler:



Magic: Atom Magic. He can restructure the atoms in any inanimate object or in the atmosphere, and can fabricate nearly anything out of it, from beams of energy to weapons to shields. The magic can also allow him to "summon", and while it technically is not a living creature, it acts as he wishes, as if it were living.

Backstory: What is known about this man is kept a secret. He is the High Overruler of Sanctum, and is worshiped as nearly a god by the utopia's people.

NPC BEAST



These fast, mutated wolves roam the wilderness of the UCE, and their backs are covered in poisonous spines. They are vicious and have one instinct: kill their opponent. They are hostile, even if not attacked, and the venom in their body actually allows the creatures to heal themselves after being injured.
