Well, you just need to do anything worthy of being promoted. Also, we'll come up with a better system later. Humen, you have to be Master rank to be able to challenge for a spot on The Order. Then I'll give you the details on exactly what to do.

I have a idea for the logo. You could have Zoroark using a powerful move(Focus Blast, Flamethrower, ect.) and have Eevee use Helping Hand. This can show what both sides of The Organization stand for.
I didn't sugget Night Daze from the bat because of two things that could complicate things. 1) In the game, it looks very close to Dark Pulse. 2) In both the movie and anime, it's a shockwave that would send Eevee flying.

Nex is working on the logo, but maybe he can use this. Not sure what he has in mind, but good thinking. I like the idea.
EDIT: We need something to talk about, and not something guild related. Let's start off with your favorite pokemon? I've always loved Blaziken, and I also really like Glaceon.
