but really wheres the baby in that cuase i dont see it and how is it 4D looks like a typical photo of an ultra sound

Ahem, there is a definite face (makes sense why it's fully developed, giving the time span) From the looks, the baby is right next to his cord, and his left shoulder is showing. That kid looks like a big one though. Most first borns are small, but it also depends on how big the parents were when they were born. I am already going to put in an estimate for a weight. Somewhere between 8 1/2 to 10 lbs.
