What if there's another pokemon games remake?

Hey guys! It's my new and first topic so if there's anything wrong about my question,comment it. OK! Here's my question! We all knew that there is a new generation of pokemon don't we? What if the nintendo company decide to make another remake based on the hoenn region game with the 5th generation pokedex? Do you think it's obvious? Let see, the kanto remake that is FireRed and LeafGreen is based on the third generation pokedex pokemon so are the remake for johto(heartgold and soulsilver).It's based on the fourth generation pokedex pokemon. This is only a guess not REALLY happened... So, what do you guys think? It will be a remake or not?

LeafGreen and FireRed were remakes of Blue and Red using Gen 3, Ruby and Sapphire are also Generation 3. It doesn't make sense to remake a Gen that was already apparently good enough.

Second thing, first and second generations were remade because of poor graphics mainly, but also because of advances in gameplay.

Third thing, the remakes are only commercially viable if enough kids have never played the originals. This means they have to be made far enough afterward, and Ruby/Sapphire are still very recent.

well, if you put it that way, i think it's mostly true... but why the gold and silver remake on the fourth gen?

That is indeed something I've thought of too. It's quite probable there won't be a remake of Ruby/Sapphire though. At least in the way it's occuring with FR/LG and HG/SS. We'll just have to wait and see what happens.
