Desbear:
Ah, Okie dokie. Was just curious since we hadn't heard anything on it in a week or so. Sorry for being impatient.

Roloc:
Alright. Balances have all been submitted and it looks like all of them are very nice balances. You all did a very nice and thorough job.

Sorry, GBA. It's not that yours was a bad balance, just I think you may have nerfed it too much. I will be changing your balance around a little but keeping most of the changes you made the same.

Congratulations to our winners.

Miss Wednesday:
Yay I got it! :D

Desbear:
While I find it actually pretty funny that I got in, and was the only one whose balance didn't get in, it does make sense. Especially since not only did I not expect to get in at all, I was probably a bit harder on it in an attempt to not be biased.

Tldr; WOO IM IN!

pabloabeytia:
Name: Mega Gengar UnBalanced (Minor Adjustments)
Reason:
Gengar is a very a versatile pokemon, with major coverage he is seemingly unstoppable, he could be tough to predict due to his wide variety moveset.  Gengar has a decent speed stat allowing it to outspeed a lot, but not all pokemon and its frail defenses tend to screw it if ever outsped.  Its heavy hitting base 170 SpA makes Gengar a scary hitter if given the chance.

Mega Gengar / 094:
Old stats: 60 / 65 / 80 / 170 / 95 / 130 = 600
New stats: 60 / 65 / 80/ 170 / 95 /115 = 585
Ability changes: Levitate
Move pool changes: None
Reason: The only thing I would change is the speed, giving Mega Gengar a speed buff AND a SpA buff is dangerous for any switch in pokemon, giving it a higher chance to sweep almost anything due to it outspeeding.  I would give it levitate instead of shadow tag because a Gengar Mega evolving in battle is predictable and can be EQ’ed and taken out too early.  Shadow tag is useless unless you are destiny bond/perish song stalling with protect, which is a useless tactic when you have such a flexible weapon.
Example set:

Mega Gengar (M) @ gengarite
Trait: Levitate
EV’s: 252 SpA/252 Speed/ 4 HP
Timid Nature (+speed, -SpA)
-Protect
-Energy Ball/Tbolt
-Sludge Bomb
-Shadow Ball
Running protect will allow it to safely mega evo and gain the small speed boost for the next move, it has coverage moves, so, it can lead.  Energy Ball is for Excadrills that are used as spinners, they run EQ with Mold Breaker and are a good check to Gengar.
