My favorite part, from all the games is when You fight Red in silver version. Made you feel like you have come a long way from home after the gyms and elite 4, then you finish it all off with a epic battle versus the pokemon master. Along with epic music, this was a great end.

Definately the Missingo glitch on Pokemon Blue and Red. True Pokemon Veterens will know what im talking about ;D
