[GAME] name that pokemon!

I have one.

1. Color brown
2. Holds a weapon
3. Can learn Thief and Rest
4. You can't get this pokemon in R/S/E, You had to trade it from FR/LG
5. Can be found in G/S/C before getting the national pokedex

I want to confuse you on this one too.

Not fair! Three pokemon fit all the criterion well, except one is rarer than another in certain games ::pout::

3? I was only going for 2.

Farfetch'd, Cubone, Marowak.

Darkstar64:
It was Marowak, but isn't the point of the game to try to stump people? That's the fun in the game. Otherwise, we're basically just saying, "The pokemon is Marril. Now what pokemon is it?"
