First Map.

I didn't really know where to put this since I would like to learn and become a mapper eventually so i thought here would be good.

Well I just finished this map and its my first ever so please be honest and give me some tips :)

You sure this is the first map you made, because it looks pretty good (compared to other "first" maps I've seen).

Yes in all honesty and I am 100% sure that this is my first map. I just decided to try it out. It's pretty fun but I wanted to add detail instead of throwing in random things and I saw the other maps and used peoples tips to create mine. All I need now is other peoples suggestions to improve them.

I plan on making another one later on tonight so i have a variety of maps any suggestions of what kind I should make? Maybe an actual city, route, cave, idk yet.

Aside from the hedges behind the pokecenter, which look like they are floating next to the roof, everything looks pretty good.

Pretty good mate. The one thing I would say (and it's a bit picky) is that all of the grass you have is in perfect squares. If you removed a couple of squares (say like 5) in random places it should look a little bit better :)
