yes Giovanni is an epic gym leader, you ever notice that team rocket is really the only criminal organization in the anime to not break up, they also remind me of the mob somewhat

That really depends on the situation.

In terms of badassery; Giovanni all the way. No one can top his smooth, cold and careless attitude. In terms of the anime, I don't really have one. If it comes down to Gym Leaders, definitely picking Blue. He was the hardest of the lot due to his varied team and I like most of the Pokemon he uses.

After that, I'm sure I could scratch something I love in terms of a custom sprite. I have a few ideas I've never acted on.

Gary! He might be strict and stuff to his pokemon but he really good at training them.  ;)
