Mine is probably, well the main Emerald Character. Not in the Anime, just playing as him in the game. As for people who talk it would probably be Steven Stone or Riley, because of their Pokemon.

gary oak, no doubt!!! just look at his team:
arcanine, umbreon, blastoise, nidoking, nidoqueen, kingdra, skarmory, alakazam, houndoom...
Those are some great pokémon to have. He is also more mature then Ash. He also battles with his head, something Ash can't.
