For me, it's a toss up: I like Chimchar, Turtwig, and Squirtle. Torterra is my favorite grass starter, I love Infernape's move pool, and Squirtle has been my favorite water since day one.

Im a fan of mostly water/ fire so its probably gunna be Squirtle, Cyndaquil ,or Piplup :)
