Mr Pokemon:

That is mostly true, but in D/P, Empoleon is water-steel, which is weak to fighting (Infernape), and also weak to grass (Torterra). So in the end, Empoleon is the weakest starter. It is also super slow!

well... in that case i guess you're right.. i dont really know much about the 4th generation its the worst one.. theres way too many legendarys :S

storm357:
I would go with mudkip. It is water and ground and Swampert is pretty cool

PsychoPsychick:
I'm Nastalgic.. I have to go with squirtle. He was the first pokemon card I ever got and not to mention I've always thought Blastoise was more bad ass then Charzard.

Sephiroth:
Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.

I picked Bulbasaur, and I don't know who robert frost would pick but he definitely not a grass type.
