do you always let your pokemon evolve?

i don't evolve scyther because i train flying types and i wouldnt evolve magmar until he has a speed of 320 or higher same with polywhirl

No, not always because sometimes I don't like the evolved pokemon or because sometimes they are unable to learn moves through level up once they evolve.

i evolve most of my pokemon but i evolve pikachu after lv 50.

There are exceptions of moves for certain pokemon.. =/

Eevee
Because Eevee has like 7 evolution u can pick
and Vulpix only if i feel like it cause i like Vulpix better even though he/she i make evolve into ninetales
