Like most of you, I wait for a certain move, than evolve them.
The only pokemon I never evolve is my Vulpix.

Well depends on what moves it can learn on the pre-evolution. For growlithe for example, he can learn moves that arcanine cant so therefore you keep him unevolved until you learn them. but usually i evolve unless the move is a must have.
