I don't think Ash is going to go. He has been around since Generation 1...

Yea I don't think they are going to get rid of Ash either as much as some people want him gone.
As for Misty I grew up with Misty as the main female character. As much as she can be annoying sometimes I still would like to see her.

Yeah I know that she said they would get married one day. I do believe she will come back also and will be hotter than ever ;)
