What is the most underrated pokemon?

In the current meta game I really think Venusaur is very underrated.

I like that its grass/poison, with 2 stabs (grass knot and sludge bomb)
Making it an able counter to many grass Pokemon as well :)

i think turtwig is cause no one seems to like them very much

I'm gonna throw this out there..... i think Magikarp is underrated! :D

1: Turns into Gyarados
2: Splash is BA
3: its a fish :P
