It's Unova instead of Isshu now? Is Unova just what the Americans are calling it, or everyone?

It's officially called Unova in English.

Well... tbh, I preffered Isshu. It's like... it's closer to 'Kanto', 'Johto', 'Sinnoh'. Hoenn was sort of a little exotic of a name, and so does Unova appear to me.
