That Cubone and Charmander look exactly alike only cubone has that skull over thier head, maybe they are like cousins, write about what they may be

Anyway, there are similarities, but no.
Heres why,
1: Cubone is Grd type
2: He has no flame
3: His tail is stumpy
4: Charmanders is long
5: Completely different color
6: Look at the evolutions, see a resemblance? I didnt think so.
Need I say more?

Well, according to your profile, you're 16. So, yeah, you've still got a lot of growing up to do, regardless of how much you think you may have already done.
But dude, seriously? There's a difference between being mature and having a good time. I've been around for a significantly longer amount of time than you, both in life and on the internet, so I know just a little bit more about what I'm talking about. Being mature doesn't mean never making a joke or being boring. If that's honestly what you think, then you have a lot to learn still. Also, if you wanna go around defining maturity, how would you describe trying to start drama where there's no need for any? That sound mature to you? Hmm?

Actually I agree, at the right angle, with their pictures in the same pose, Cubone being red, or
Charmander being brown, Cubone without his skull and bone, and Charmander with a skull and
bone, you just turned Charmander into a Cubone, and Cubone into a Charmander!

I never said you were stupid, nor was I trying to imply that. I only said that in this instance you didn't know what you were talking about. Trust me, if I thought you were stupid I wouldn't have responded to you as a peer. Also, I realize everyone has a heart and that if we don't learn to sing we can't be truly penguin, but my intention wasn't to offend Zuko. If he was offended though, he can say so, and I'll apologize to him.

Well, back to the topic..
I can see where you think they are alike. However, there are several differences that make them unique. First of all, Cubone is a bit.. Chubbier than Charmander. It also has a stubbier tail. Plus, if you have ever heard of Missingno, you would know that Cubone and Marowak were supposed to be children of Kangaskhan who's mother was killed and they took the skull.
