Title: Anime jesse and James.

I know I watched the anime but my smaller brother wanted to know if Jesse and James will be in this game?

Most probably not. I haven't heard anything which would hint otherwise.

No. In the anime Jessie and James are somewhere around their 30s. Since our game is playing about 100 years after the last pokemon game they would be +/- 130years old.

Pokemon Universe will have more characters like Jesse and James. Just with a little touch of origniality, from PU.
