list the first pokemon game you've ever played. the first pokemon game I played was pokemon Red version.
(this is my first topic and it probably sounds stupid, but you have to start somewhere right?)
-
Either Blue, or Yellow versions.
-
I first played gold.
-
Blue
-
Red. The first one I actually completed and beat was Ruby. When Red was out I couldn't read... I was 5
-
Red, then (in order):
Yellow,
Pinball,
Trading Card Game,
Gold,
Emerald,
Pearl,
Emerald and pearl came far after the others, i didnt bother with a gameboy advance, i had my original black and white gameboy and then my pikachu gameboy colour.
-
Yellow.
I was 9 then. It was at the end of baseball practice and the bat-boy left his GameBoy Color on the bleachers. I picked it up and found that he was in the Pokemon League. I took it home, later that night, and kept getting dominated by Bruno, so I gave it back to him the next day.
:(
-
Red, but that was a long time ago. ::)
-
Yellow, I was 5 and didnt know what to do though.
-
Yellow -> Silver -> Ruby -> Leaf Green
Yellow was the first GB(C) game I bought from my own money ;D
-
Red -> Yellow -> Silver -> Gold -> Crystal -> Ruby -> Sapphire -> Fire Red -> Emerald -> Diamond -> Platinum
my favorite was probably yellow and the g/s/c games
-
Red > Gold > Silver > Crystal > Ruby > Diamond
-
yellow>silver>ruby>Emerald>ruby (again)
-
I first played pokemon blue
-
My First was Pocket Monsters green version :p lawl
i remeber i had it all the way from Japan, then my Gameboy, couldn't play it :/ so i ordered a gameboy from japan too

The first game I ever played was the special yellow edition and at the same time used one of my friends red versions.
-
My first Pokemon game was Yellow.

-
Okay, gonna be quite long...
- Red
- Blue
- Yellow
- (Green, perhaps was a fake...)
- Silver
- Gold
- (Pikachuland... complete copy of Marioland with new sprites)
- Crystal
- Emerald
- Ruby
- Sapphire
- Leaf Green
- Fire Red
- Naranja (too many glitches)
- Mystery Dungeon Blue Rescue Team
- Mystery Dungeon Red Rescue Team
- Pearl
- Platinum
- Diamond
- Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Sky
- Soul Silver
EDIT: Those at the top are the first ones, and going down are the most recent ones.
-
I first got hold of/saw people playing Red/Blue while I was in elementary school. I loved Pokémon at the time but I just found the games complicated. Plus I was too poor to afford a gameboy. Eventually I got a GameBoy Color and the first Pokémon game I owned was Silver.
Good days ;_____;
-
I played red version but i have owned red\blue
Played pokemon yellow but hated it(too much on the anime)
Owned Crystal version first then got gold and silver.
Played Saphire on emulator but owned the game later only to have this and all of the above stolen by someone who refused to pay for what he "lost"
Then i got Pearl and my friend got diamond as well as pokemon emerald.
Pokemon ranger.Owned but traded in later
Pokemon ranger Shadows of Almia. still have it.
I finally got platinum. Personally i love hacking for master balls. Hate wasting all my pokebals and special balls on them i had waste 600 special bals on one legendary trying hard not to kill him. Hate the catch rate misfire, come on wasting 600 balls on one pokemon whos down to 1 hp and under sleep and paralyze? really stupid in my opinion. but I am currently trying to beat platinum with legit pokemon. I only cheat for master balls because i believe being aggravated enough to destroy my games and system is a bad practice.

My first game (Lol its kinda fitting that this is my first post), was blue. It was supposed to be a birthday gift, but I got it early after I won the contest they had to get a mew,l but sadly when silver and gold my cousin saved over my blue file before I could trade him over. :'(
-
Red was the first one i played, that was soooo long ago, i've played loads since, blue yellow emerald silver platinum firered leafgreen and so on, but not a hope i can remember the order, lol :)

-

Just in case anybody from Japan happens to read this forum, Japan's Pokemon Stadium was never released in the US. What we call Pokemon Stadium in the US is equivalent to Pokemon Stadium 2 in Japan.

-
My first game was either Red or Yellow, I can't remember. I've also played Blue, Pinball, Gold, Silver, Crystal, Emerald, LeafGreen, and the Blue Pokemon Dungeon.
-
Red -> Blue -> Yellow.
That is all. After that I felt the new Pokemon were ridiculous. Generation 1 forever.
-
Blue I think ;D
-
>.> Silver believe it or not.
-
Blue. Squirtle is my Pikachu.
-
Red was my first. I picked Charmander and I still remember my final team vividly.
Scyther, Jolteon, Charizard, Lapras, Pidgeot, Machamp
-
my first was blue i love squirtle! most recent is soulsilver even though i had gold not silver, i just prefer the pokemon that are only in soulsilver over the ones in heartgold. :D

The first pokemon game I played was Red. I got it, maybe, a year after it came out in the u.s.? lol I can't really remember. The first pokemon game I actually finished was Pokemon Ruby, although I did play Silver before that, but I got stuck at the Ice Path (really sad, I know...). So, yeah, Red was the first game I played. x3

I had to look up a guide to get through Ice Path, that was a terrible place
-
Either Blue, or Yellow versions.
TYPHLOSION DOES RULE ALL!!! xD i even has a shiny Typhlosiin too :D
-
I played Pokemon red version first. Later in my life, I went to this one store, sold all my unwanted video games, got $4.00 (sadly) and bought Special Pikachu Version. (I still have Pokemon Red version today, but it's broken
-
my first pokemon game was my sisters red version then i moved on and played yellow and blue. i was like 5 or 6 at the time so i just went around and attacked stuff never really understood it for a while. i have played almost all of the pokemon games that have come out except for some of the spin offs like trozea(i know i didnt spell it right). i still have my red blue and yellow. along with silver used to have gold but i dissapeared a long time ago.
-
I remember my older brother gave me his gameboy and blue version. I was the happiest little girl in the world haha xD stillll have that game<3
-
I remember just like it was yesterday. Oh pokemon blue how i adored you
-
shamefully, i must admit the first game i played was collesseum, the first pokemon game i OWNED however was yellow :D
-
I had pokemon red, and went with bulbasuar because I felt he was sorely under represented in the cover art for the games.
-
Yellow Version, Because i still remember the commercial for it and i fell in love.
-
I started on RBY. I got my first copy of Red back when it first came out and I was the coolest kid in school.
-
My first Pokemon game was Blue and Yellow. I borrowed Blue for ages, then eventually went to buy a copy when Yellow just came out. And I even remember (for some reason) the place I got it from, the legendary Woolworths! The famous and long-running store in the UK has since closed due to the recession.
-
pokemon red. which is still the best if i may add :-p
-
mine was either red or blue. i was too young to remember at the time....
-
blue version my brother had red
-
The first one I played was Blue. I remember because it was broken on the inside and didn't save. My brothers friend was nice, He opened it and fixed it. ^_^! I was able to keep that lvl 11 Butterfree instead of training it over and over... c:
-
I started out with blue version. I was about 15 or 16 when i started to play. Then i got silver, sapphire, emerald, diamond and pearl and now i have heart gold. I am 29 and plan on getting black and white when then come out next year.

Blue was my first because a friend let me borrow it and I stole it form him. :P
I was 8 when that happened. I got red version and yellow afterward but my red version was broken on the inside so it didn't save. I especially liked how pikachu follow me everywhere in yellow version. I hated that it refused to evolve when I tried to use a thunderstone on it.
-
First was yellow :D
-
I played Crystal first. I also watched the show, but never had a gameboy. When I got the GB Advance, I got Crystal too.
-

-

Ouch... (and btw, it's 'froze' ;))
-
I saw my friend (she's like 20 something now) play Crystal when I was like 5 and I thought Pokémon was AWESOME! :D
Sapphire was the first game I played; which was my friend's. It got me into Pokémon and I bought Emerald when it came out. Then FireRed, then Pearl... and that's it. I plan on getting Black or White.
Oh, and Ranger 1, Ranger 2, Mystery Dungeon Blue and Mystery Dungeon Space.
Ooooh! And Battle Revolution for the Wii. :)
