Title: UARS Satellite debris to hit U.S
Post by: Ez on September 24, 2011, 06:33:25 AM
UARS debris falling around the world including Africa U.S. and Canada. It is the size of a bus and has an estimated 1/3200 chance of hitting a human so be on the lookout  :o

pretty late to post this news without reason but the reason i decided to post this is because i just saw what appeared to be 3 orange sphere's shooting through the sky pretty damn fast! they disappeared half way so i'm guessing the pieces burned up in the atmosphere.

If they're only about the size of a bus, the friction of them entering the atmosphere will leave nothing left.
We should be fine.

Yep, between midnight Friday and early this morning (ET time, whatever that means, Eastern probably, I blame CNN >.>)

Anyway, Silver, not everything in the satellite would be (well, had) disintegrated. There are parts the NASA people knew would fall. And I haven't heard of anything since it fell.
