Yes, and he would naturally line his pokemon up along a path and make them attack everything that runs past, just so they don't get some rare candy.

For water, I think I would have to go with Lanturn.
Electric? Lanturn. 201

The first Acrobatics will deal incredible amounts of damage, thanks to flight gem, this is your main attack even after you use up the gem as it has 110 base power and stab. Use the other moves when acrobatics will be resisted or you can get super effective with one of them. Url of Discussion Topic: http://pokemon-universe.com/index.php/topic,3087.0.html 203

Ideas & Suggestions / Re: Rangers« on: May 15, 2011, 03:06:56 PM »
Yeah, I don't think that ranger would be a very popular choice if they were restricted to 6 pokemon. After all, most people would play with the "gotta catch em all" mindset.

Number: 99 Type: Electric Abilities: Soundproof, Static, Aftermath Base Stats: 60 / 100 / 80 / 70 / 50 / 140 Level Up Move Edits: None Move Tutor Move Edits: Its current learnable Gen V TMs Its current learnable Gen V Tutor Moves Sucker Punch Thunderpunch Iron Head Egg Move Edits: None Example Set Taunt Lead @ Life Orb 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Hp Aftermath, Adamant - Taunt - Thunderpunch/Wild Charge - Sucker Punch - Explosion Explanation of Set Electrode has probably got the fastest taunt in the game, nothing without prankster is going to get a set up on Electrode's watch. After that, electric moves until you're forced to switch out and explosion when things start looking grim. Url of Discussion Topic: http://pokemon-universe.com/index.php/topic,2669.0.html 206
Completed Reports / #099 - Kingler« on: May 09, 2011, 10:01:05 AM »
Name: Kingler
Number: 99 Type: Water Abilities: Hyper Cutter, Shell Armor, Sheer Force Base Stats: 75 / 130 / 115 / 50 / 70 / 80 Level Up Move Edits: None Move Tutor Move Edits: Its current learnable Gen V TMs Its current learnable Gen V Tutor Moves Waterfall Ice Punch Egg Move Edits: None Example Set Boost Force @ Life Orb 184 HP / 252 Atk / 72 Spe Sheer Force, Adamant - Waterfall - Agility - Ice Punch - X-Scissor Explanation of Set Get an agility boost and Kingler should be able to outspeed most opponents, after that it's just Waterfall city. Example Set Agility Dance @ Salac Berry 184 HP / 252 Atk / 72 Spe Sheer Force, Adamant - Waterfall - Ice Punch - Agility - Swords Dance Explanation of Set This set is like the other - but you can choose your move depending on the opponent's team. If you're not scared of their faster members, just Swords Dance. If you think you need the boost - Agility. If you can get both up? The match is probably yours. This set holds a Salac Berry - as it can be quite likely that with Kingler's impressive defence, and some HP investment, he can take two average hits somewhat well - taking him to (hopefully) less than 25% health. In that case, +1 Speed, +2 Attack is scary. Url of Discussion Topic: http://pokemon-universe.com/index.php/topic,2826.0.html 207

Name: Crawdaunt
Number: 342 Type: Water/Dark Abilities: Hyper Cutter, Shell Armor, Adaptability Base Stats: 80 / 120 / 95 / 90 / 75 / 73 Level Up Move Edits: None Move Tutor Move Edits: Its current learnable Gen V TMs Its current learnable Gen V Tutor Moves Avalanche Revenge Egg Move Edits: None Example Set Band @ Choice Band 252 Atk / 252 Def / 4 HP Adaptability, Adamant - Waterfall - Crunch - Avalanche - Revenge/Superpower Explanation of Set Switch in on a resisted hit or after a KO and go to town. Waterfall and Crunch are the best to use because of adaptability, but Avalanche is handy against dragons and flyers and Revenge/Superpower is for anything that resists all your other attacks. Example Set Dragon Dance @ Expert Belt / Mystic Water 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP Adaptability, Jolly - Dragon Dance - Crunch - Avalanche - Waterfall Explanation of Set Try to switch in on a Pokemon who doesn't scare you in the slightest - and then Dragon Dance as they switch. Then, proceed to punch their team full of painful holes with Waterfall. Expert Belt with help if many of your enemies are weak to Water, Dark or Ice - but Mystic Water will give Waterfall an even harder kick to it. With 1.2x for mystic water, and 2x STAB from Adaptability - that's 2.4x Damage... even more if you're successful with a Dragon Dance. After that you might want another boost or to start attacking. Just be careful of Gear Grind's accuracy and other steel types. Name: Absol
Number: 359 Type: Dark Abilities: Pressure, Super Luck, Justified Base Stats: 65 / 130 / 70 / 75 / 70 / 90 Level Up Move Edits: None Move Tutor Move Edits: Its current learnable Gen V TMs Its current learnable Gen V Tutor Moves Egg Move Edits: None Example Set Bandsol @ Choice Band 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP Super Luck, Jolly - Sucker Punch - Megahorn - Rock Slide - Pursuit Explanation of Set This is a pretty basic Choice Band set. Sucker Punch is your main weapon, for STAB and priority. Example Set Critsol @ Razor Claw 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP Super Luck, Jolly - Swords Dance - Sucker Punch - Night Slash - Psycho Cut/Slash/Stone Edge Explanation of Set This set is meant to get crits. Switch in on a resisted attack, hopefully a psychic one, and Swords Dance. Super Luck and Razor Claw make getting a crit much more likely, and Psycho Cut and Night Slash make it even more probable. Night Slash is going to be your main move here if you are certain you can outspeed the opponent, saving Sucker Punch for when you dont. Psycho Cut is for coverage, while still keeping the increased crit chance going. You can, however, swap Psycho Cut and/or Night Slash for Slash or Stone Edge if you want to change up your coverage. If that's not your style switch in on someone using a non attacking move and encore. After that, depending on what the move was you can taunt them to get some struggle damage, or sub up and leech seed whatever comes your way.
