I think that would be pretty awesome and if there were pokeballs too, I would love to go around and catch my favourite pokemon.
Also I think they should make a league aswell and everything like that.

If you asked me for best water before 5th gen i would've said milotic because it's pretty powerful knowing ice moves too but also because it was SO hard to get. Now however, you can get milotic by trading a feebas with a prism scale whch makes it so much easier to get, so now it sucks.
From 5th gen i would say best water is seismitoad.
From other gens I would go with wailord coz his defense ad health is awesome.
For electric though its's no doubt, all gens, ELECTRIVIRE!!!
Also have you thought of Eelektross? That's both in one and a lot better than Lanturn who I loved before 5th gen.

Having steel type gains some advantages and also lost some advantages.
Water only have 2 weakness : Electric and grass
Water steel have 3 weakness: Electric , Fighting, and ground. And also now fire does x1 dmg instead of .5. In other hand flying , bug , ghost , psychic , dragon , dark, and rock only does .5 dmg instead of x1 dmg.
I think it make empoleon worst by having steel type cuz mostly everyone have ground and fighting.
If you go back to what I said though, I said that torterra is no match for empoleon and if you look back at what you said, you said that adding on steel type to water type removes the grass weakness.

If I had to pick one it would be Paul's brother Reggie.
Although lots of people don't know who Reggie is, he is one of the strongest trainers ever in the anime.
He has every single badge in all the regions (not including Unova) and all the frontier symbolld apart from the brave symbol. That brave symbol is the main reason he shows up in the anime because he lost one battle and is missing one badge but in the end didn't seem to care and gave up on gyms and frontiers etc. and went into pokemon breeding.
This is the total opposite of what Paul would which is why Reggie is so interesting.

And before you ask, it's not hacked not even the shinies. Found shiny deino and got timburr from gts and it evolved.

he's good, really but no match for empoleon.
Before you say "Torterra is grass you idiot, he'll own empoleon", empoleon is half water and half steel and grass isn't very effective against grass.
Also another thing that makes empoleon great is that one of the only thing supereffective against steel is water which makes him hard to beat unless you have ice or something.
