Just read the rules, the FAQs and Announcements, that'll be fine. Oh, one more thing, before starting any topic, try using the search bar (the thread that you intend to make might have already been created) and before posting, try as far as possible to read the previous posts.

Also, the PU team is always urging everyone to join them on IRC. You should do that. Of course, you're going to hear that again the second a member of the team decides to welcome you.
