i did a couple of back flips before my pokeball started glowing. i then got into the Dragon stance.

I jumped before i uppercut kicked Zoarark in the face with both of my feet.
triple kick!
i stood at my side and kicked the zoarark three times. i threw a pokeball and i caught it.
